Smart screen users can initiate an audio or video call by touching a contact's photo. Connected users can upload pictures that are added to a personalized gallery that displays on the primary user's smart screen.

In an emergency, a unique PIN can be entered to display a primary user's medical information on the smart screen. Leveraging advanced AI, the platform will soon be able to alert caregivers to a fall or unexpected lack of movement.
